Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily task such as Batch Monitoring Server monitoring and Fix production issues
  • Enhance current application to improve system performance. Create technical and testing documents
  • Work on user request and keep all stake holders up to date
  • Analyze system programs to answer business and user queries
  • Candidate will interact with Business and onshore team
  • Coordinate activities with other technical and functional areas as required
  • Build a healthy relationship with project stakeholders/business partners
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
  • B.Tech / MCA with 2+ years of experience in Mainframes
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Kanban
  • Technical skills with good hands-on experience in Mainframes technology
  • COBOL, JCL, DB2 Strong technical knowledge
  • Ability to handle production Job ABENDS and provide solutions
  • Ability to understand CMMI Quality and ITIL process
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology
  • Technical skilled in Mainframes, CICS, Cobol, JCL, VSAM, DB2, REXX
  • Good written and oral communication skill 
  • Very good analytical and technical skills
Preferred Qualification:  
  • REXX, CICS, OPC scheduler, Windows server and scripting knowledge
