• Lead experience
• Recent Financial Services experience
• Experience with offshore teams, like India
• Experience with Large Projects with many groups, teams, people and environments
• Self-starting attitude - More self-driven, eager and motivated
• Solid COBOL/Mainframe Technical Skills
• Great communication skills - Teams Calls, written
• Problem Solving skills - experienced various challenges in their background
• Candidate MUST have minimum 5 years progressive IBM Mainframe experience - COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IBM Mainframe tools
• Must have minimum 2 years technical degree but prefer 4-year BS/BA CIS or MIS degree.
• Production Support - Oncall schedule every 6-8 weeks
