Role : Mainframe Developer

Location : Remote

Rate : $50/hr corp to corp OR

FT : $85K to $98K

Experience Level : 7 + Years and above

Mainframe, COBOL, CICS, JCL, IMS DB, Easytrieve (EZT), DB2,

Required Skill & Experience:

1. Candidate should have good communication and problem-solving skills. should be willing to work in shift mode (6 AM - 2 PM CST) .

2. To provide support for enhancement (major and minor) or new developments based on business requirements as provided by the client as well as from the functional and technical team of client on the project.

3. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements

4. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.

5. Work with interfacing applications for resolutions

6. Maintain documentation for Production issues and maintain Knowledge repository.

7. Good multi-tasking skills

8. Ability to work with little or no supervision

9. Work with Development team and/or other support teams to resolve application failures.

10. work on application maintenance requests
