- Provide technical support for a team handling rollout activities to migrate Portico clients to a new debit card platform
* Performing development programming
* Assisting in unit, integration, QA, and regression testing as needed
* Tier 3 Support
* Assisting the Customer Service and Implementation teams with routine or emergency client support tasks (triage)
* Participating in all-hands daily meetings as needed
* Providing updates to service tickets
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
* Financial Industry experience (5+ years)
* Verbal and written communication - Good
* Experience in technologies used by product: (5+ years)
* Product application and infrastructure experience (5+ years)
* Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
* Participates in delivery of quality products and services
* Excellent documentation skills - technical documents, code documentation, and process documentation
* Working knowledge of PCI, OWASP, and other security standards
