Position Summary
The resource is for a feature lead and should be able to lead a diverse team collocated mostly. Must lead the team in an agile manner and should be able to take projects on their own or work with other teams.
Required Skills
Must be proficient in Mainframe technology specializing in COBOL/CICS/DB2 and JCL. Must have done DB2 Stored Procedure both native and external. Has leadership skill as the resource is leading an agile team.
Desired Skills
Knowledgeable in Java for Mainframe; exposed in Agile methodology; must be comfortable in working with other teams both off shore and on shore. IDz is a plus
