Job Description

Our client is seeking consultants with Cobol programming experience. They are in the process of migrating from the Mainframe onto a Micro Focus platformed system. These positions will assist in maintaining Cobol code currently on the mainframe. You will then be responsible for daily maintenance and development, and reconfigurations for code that will remain in microfocus.

Possess the following skill set:

• Performs highly complex (Senior-level) software development work.
• Work with contracted resources to move business rules into the Microsoft Power Platform.
• 2 to 3 year assignment. Possibility of long-term retainment if need continues.
• Writing, analyzing, modifying,ing, and testing Cobol programs.
• Work on-site or remote.
