COBOL Developer/Analyst

Responsibilities

• Represent the Development Team in client discussions along with Business Analyst.
• Conduct technical research, development, and testing of client's business requirements onto their Life & Annuity product.
• Provide support in identifying and researching application improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
• Perform impact analysis and create technical specifications.
• Create a flexible technical design that is scalable and reusable.
• Review the code and unit test results, as well as guide the team for on-time delivery.
• Work with BA and QA team on resolving defects.
• Create Project Handover Document and provide hypercare.
• Work within an Agile framework and process flow.
