Itero Group is growing! We are looking to an Automated Tester/QA to our staff!

Minimum Years of Experience:
- 5 year(s) of experience with software quality assurance
- Selenium and other Test Automation frameworks;
- QA methodologies for enterprise scale / high-traffic / multi-tier applications
- Agile environment
- Software test engineering

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Demonstrating effective organizational, written, and communication skills;
- Designing automation methodologies;
- Creating reusable, extendable and sustainable automation suite by influencing "design for testing" strategies in the scrum teams;
- Providing accurate, clear and concise testing status updates across multiple projects;
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of customer requirements, offering suggestions on how best to deliver solutions;
- Creating and establishing adherence and maintaining appropriate standards and quality procedures across the QA organization;
- Escalating issues to product team as needed in a clear, concise and timely manner while consistently identifying solutions to issues.
